Workshop I
Developing High Performance Leadership through Emotional Intelligence (EI)
•    Defining high performance leadership (key characteristics of a high performance leader;  the results of a high performance leader--the impact on colleagues, students and parents)
•    Using EI to develop high performance leaders ( emotional intelligence defined; a review of the literature; why EI is essential for impactful leadership;  research outcomes from EI)
•    Evaluating your own EI based on 24 core competencies of the EI Profile
•    Learning how to maximize your competencies to improve leadership strategies and positive outcomes with peers, students and parents
•    Managing peer, students and parent relationships by using EI to improve the following competencies: Conflict Resolutions, Change Leadership, Teamwork and Collaboration and Developing Others

Workshop II
Phase One: Initiate a Coaching Culture
This highly interactive four hour program introduces the features and benefits of a coaching culture.  Participants will:
•    Experience what coaching is and what it is not
•    Discover how to engage in coaching conversations to tap into the ideas and wisdom of its own members
•    Learn how to deliver and respond to feedback to enhance growth, development and improve performance
•    Identify personal, professional and organizational goals that would benefit from coaching

Workshop III
Phase Two: Implement and Sustain a Coaching Culture
This 20 hour program is designed to develop a culture where coaching is a primary tool to improve performance and promote growth and learning across departments, between teams and up and down the hierarchy.   A Coaching Culture Survey will be administered prior to this program.  Results from the survey will be used to strategically link the purpose of coaching to the organization’s goals and objectives.  

The Culture Survey assesses the following factors:
Adaptability to change
Processes to introduce and sustain change
Effective communication skills from the leadership team
Efficient communication processes for information and feedback
Level of collaboration
Accountability methods

Part One (eight hour day) where participants will:
•    Compare the characteristics of a high performance culture with their own organization
•    Determine the purpose for coaching
•    Create a vision and action plan linked to survey results and the purpose for coaching
•    Develop the organization’s guidelines and processes for coaching (topics include: confidentiality, coaching model, who delivers and receives coaching, schedule)
•    Set up a system for tracking the coaching process
•    Establish success indicators

Part Two: Twelve one hour coaching sessions – two times monthly for six months for those responsible for managing the coaching process; may include the coach(es).  Coaching sessions provide the essential time needed for reflection, review, feedback and creation of actionable strategies to ensure program success.

•    Workshops can range from ½ day up to 2 day training.
•    Follow up coaching options are available and recommended
