Coaching Options

INDIVIDUAL COACHING

There are two options for individual sessions:
1)     Schedule 50-55 minute sessions two to four times a month.  
2)     Book a block of 180 minutes.  You decide when you want to be coached by contacting me to set up a day/time. These minutes are used according to your real time/real world needs, challenges and obstacles. You control the length of each session which may last anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes.  

Blocks of coaching sessions are booked in increments of 180 minutes.  Discounts will be applied for those who want to book in increments of 720 minutes (12 hours). 


GROUP COACHING


Groups may consist of individuals with similar interests or from similar professions or industries.  For example, we offer groups for leaders in nonprofit organizations, higher education administrators, graduate students seeking educational leadership degrees and school principals.

Coaching in groups and teams is an exciting and cost-effective alternative to individual, private coaching.  Group members may come together for an hour twice a month on a central telephone bridge line.  The group establishes an agenda of common concerns and soon find themselves in a highly interactive, supportive learning community.  Individuals benefit from the combined wisdom of each other as well as from the coach.  Another benefit of group coaching is that members are held accountable for their own personal action steps and strategies and every two weeks fellow members hear about and celebrate one another’s progress.  It is an effective model that applies the principle that success breeds success.
